Do I need an account to use Capi?
No. Capi works without any account or sign-in. Your data is stored locally on your device. If you'd like to sync across iPhone and iPad, just sign in to iCloud in your device settings — Capi handles the rest.
Is Capi a subscription?
No. Capi is a one-time purchase. Updates are included.
My data isn't syncing between iPhone and iPad — what do I do?
Make sure both devices are signed in to the same iCloud account, that iCloud Drive is enabled in iOS Settings, and that Capi is allowed to use iCloud. Sync may take a few minutes after a new booking is added. If issues persist, email us.
How do I back up my data?
Capi auto-backs up to your device daily. You can also export bookings and expenses as CSV files from Settings → Backup & Export at any time.
Can I add more than one unit?
Yes — Capi supports multiple units from day one. Each unit has its own rates, capital, color, and icon. Switch between them or view your whole portfolio together.
Will Capi support languages other than English?
Tagalog and other Filipino languages are on the roadmap. Tell us which one you'd like first by emailing capi@giandenorte.com.
I have a feature request — where do I send it?
Please do! Capi is built by a Filipino host who actually uses it. Send ideas to capi@giandenorte.com — every email is read.
How do I delete all my data?
Delete the Capi app from your device. If you used iCloud sync, also clear Capi's data via iOS Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Storage.
